One step closer to becoming Garlock !
Simon has finally taken the final step to become Garlock .
Yes , I believe he hasn’t reached the Garlock level yet.
Why is that ? well
No Badass beast men with shade ( that everyone else was sure was Rossiu ¬_¬ )The appearance is quite a bit different for the moment . ( different belts, etc )Boota (Yes , this may be part of 1 , but we don’t know yet . )
I’d like to take the opportunity to analyze that. I think that when Boota will leave ( albeit taking another form…or maybe just dying ) , this will mark another step in Simon’s growing path to become Garlock . I think Boota’s presence symbolize his youth and innocence . When he will be ready to mature Boota will leave , or the contrary , when Boota will leave Simon shall mature . And by leave , I by no means say/think/hope that Boota will die . (read the edit below )
Also , Unfortunately Rossiu didn’t die . Although I initially hoped for him to die , the following scene pretty much made up for that .
I have now made peace with Rossiu , and I hope he will lead well the humans while Simon is away .
