I've looked a bit into it , and it seems there's indeed only one translated chapter out there.
Maybe there'll be more in the future.

I haven't scanned red cross triangle , actually im not even sure what that is , but im gonna go and assume you mean the cross triangle ? in any case , i believe a team called "Tasty Kiwi Scanlations" scanned it. I am unsure if they completely scanned it or not , but it could be worth checking.
